‘Flossie Powell’ (or ‘Flossie Powell’s’) was new for me last year, but this Kentucky heirloom, pole lima bean has been around since the 1920s. The vines produce abundant pods with cream-colored seeds that are speckled with light and dark brown. This strain is also referred to as a “butter bean” or “butterbean.” If you are interested in a little more detail about this strain, you may want to check out this article: The Flossie Powell Butterbean. Full sun. Annual.

Harvested in August and September 2023. At least 10 seeds. Shipping to US addresses only.

Please read the germination information as well before ordering.
