Description
‘Neon Lights’ toadflax (Linaria aeruginea) is a dainty treasure that deserves close attention, with tiny, snapdragon-like blooms that appear over delicate blue-green leaves in summer in a range of colors: yellows, purples, and rusty oranges, mostly. Reaching just about 6 inches tall, it’s ideal for growing along a path or walkway or in a small, special pot on a deck or patio table. ‘Neon Lights’ toadflax is technically a perennial in Zones 5 to 9 (with excellent drainage) but it acts like a self-sowing annual in my Pennsylvania garden. Full sun to light shade.
Collected in June 2020. At least 20 seeds.
