Description
Rosilla (Helenium puberulum), sometimes called autumn lollipop or sneezeweed, forms airy clumps of branching, 3- to 4-foot-tall stems tipped with small brown spheres that have a collar of tiny yellow petals through summer into fall. This California native is different and interesting for borders, containers, and cutting gardens—ideal for gardeners who enjoy growing quirky plants and charming in tiny arrangements. Full sun. Annual or perennial. (It’s reportedly hardy in Zones 4 to 9, but if it dies over the winter, self-sown seedlings are likely to fill the space left in spring and then flower the same year.)
Collected in August 2023. At least 25 seeds. Shipping to US addresses only.
